Somatic Healing. Sacred Connection. Ancient Wisdom.
Who This Is For:
Seekers of Self-Love & Somatic Healing: Anyone feeling called to embark on a deeper journey of self-healing, grounding, and personal transformation.
Survivors & Trauma Healing: Individuals with trauma surrounding having their consent violated. In this work, I help you take back your power and autonomy in a deeply safe, consent-based way.
Body & Energetic Reconnection: Anyone seeking to reconnect with their physical body, sacred energy, and inner wisdom.
Curious Creatives & Community: Individuals looking to connect through collaborative art workshops and community-based art classes.
Come as you are, and experience the transformative power of being truly seen and held.
By weaving together the somatic "healing hug" of decorative Shibari rope, Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki energy work, and intuitive Rune guidance within a consent-focused container, I help you take back your power, release tension, and return home to yourself and foster a deep sense of self-love.
Providing a sacred home for self-healing and self-love in the heart of Omaha.
